5. Shipping procedures
- The customer must ship the product within two days of the shipping label being issued to avoid order cancellation.
- The replacement product will be shipped within a maximum of 14 business days from the receipt of the returned product.
6. Return shipping
- If the customer does not receive the shipment and it is returned to the store, the transaction is considered a refund and 29 riyals, the shipping cost, is deducted from the refunded amount.

- Silvera Store reserves the right to cancel any order due to a technical malfunction on the site, a price error, or stock shortage, and the amount will be refunded without obligation to provide the product.
- The order cannot be cancelled after shipment, and the amount will be refunded if the shipment is returned to the store.
